Metals Calculator

Know where your metal stock stands, in rand, today

Our Metals Position Calculator values your silver, gold, platinum, palladium or uranium against what you paid, after your selling costs and VAT. You get one clear report, checked by us.

How it works

1. Fill in the form below, one form per metal. Most questions are optional: if you are not sure, leave the box blank and the form says what we will use instead.

2. We run the calculation and check it.

3. You receive a PDF report by email.

What your report shows

• Market value in rand at today's prices

• Profit or loss against what you paid

• Breakeven price after selling costs, and the USD/ZAR rate you need to break even

• A what-if table for metal price and rand moves

• Your price alerts, and customer buy/sell quotes if you quote customers

• If you give a list of your deals: profit already made on sales, and what is still open
