DLVIUSTUS (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2021/992373/07), Queenswood, Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through www.dlviustus.com. We follow the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

• Details you give in our enquiry and application forms, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and project details.

• Details you give when you book a meeting through our Google Calendar booking page.

• The content of emails you send us.

We do not ask for payment card details on this website.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and assess whether we can help.

• To arrange and hold meetings you book.

• To prepare proposals, contracts and project documents you ask for.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Google, which hosts this website and our forms, calendar and email. Data may be stored on secure servers outside South Africa (for example, Google Cloud). We use providers that are subject to adequate data protection laws or binding agreements equivalent to POPIA. Google may set cookies needed to run the website.

• Specialists in our partner network, only when your project needs them and under a confidentiality agreement.

• Authorities, only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its use. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa: www.inforegulator.org.za, enquiries@inforegulator.org.za, 010 023 5200.
